The Aesculap GT175 is a 19 mm stainless steel clip-on comb for Favorita grooming blades. This individual attachment gives groomers a longer coat-length option within the Favorita comb range and can be added to an existing set of compatible equipment.

The comb clips onto Favorita blade sets GH700, GT736, GT746 and GT710. Its flexible stainless steel construction guides the coat through the clipping area, and the attachment can be changed when another comb height is required. Aesculap identifies fine to medium coats among the intended uses.

The nominal finished length depends on the blade beneath the comb. Following Aesculap's stated calculation, add the blade's cutting length to the 19 mm attachment height. A 1.8 mm GT710 blade produces a nominal combined length of 20.8 mm with GT175. This distinction helps when selecting a blade-and-comb combination for a planned grooming result.

GT175 is the middle height in the five-comb Favorita range, between the 16 mm and 22 mm options. This product is the single 19 mm comb, allowing that size to be chosen on its own. Confirm the blade reference against the verified compatibility list before fitting the attachment.
