How do Clip Points work?
Every order you place while signed in earns Clip Points: 1 point per $1 of merchandise after discounts at Member, 1.2 at Bronze, 1.5 at Silver, and 2 at Gold. Every 250 points automatically becomes $5 in Clip Cash.
How do I use Clip Cash?
It comes off your next order automatically in the cart, together with any coupon or member discount, and you can turn it off for an order if you would rather save it. Clip Cash is used in whole amounts, is tied to your account, and expires 90 days after it is issued. It has no cash value and does not apply to shipping or tax.
How much is Clip Cash worth?
Every 250 points is $5, so Clip Cash works out to 2% back at Member, 2.4% back at Bronze, 3% back at Silver, and 4% back at Gold on what you spend. It is money off a future order on clipperrepair.com and cannot be withdrawn.
What happens to points if I return something?
Points from a cancelled or refunded order are taken back, and any Clip Cash you spent on it is returned to your account if it has not expired.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Every account on clipperrepair.com is a Hemp's Clipper Club member from the day it is created. Bronze, Silver, and Gold unlock as your spend for the year grows.
What counts toward my status?
The merchandise total of orders placed while signed in to your account, after any discounts. Shipping, tax, cancelled or refunded orders, and guest checkouts do not count. A guest order can be claimed into your account from its confirmation email.
How long does my status last?
Status is earned on a calendar year of spend. Reach a level in any year and you keep it for the rest of that year and all of the next one. To hold it beyond that, reach the level again during the following year. Your account dashboard shows what you need and by when.
Can I combine a coupon code with my member discount?
Member discounts, coupon codes, and referral discounts do not combine on the same order. The cart applies whichever saves you more and tells you which one it used. Free shipping perks still apply alongside any of them.
Which shipping is free?
USPS Ground Advantage to a US address: Silver members on $100 or more in merchandise after discounts, Gold members on $75 or more. Faster services are available at their normal rates.
How do the longer returns work?
Silver and Gold members have 45 days from delivery to request a return instead of 30. Gold members pay no restocking fee. Everything else in our return policy still applies.
How does referring a friend work?
Share the link from this page or your account dashboard. Your friend creates an account and gets 15% off their first signed-in order (up to $30). Once that order is placed, we email you a one-use code for $15 off your next order of $50 or more. Referral links are for new customers, and you cannot use your own.
Do past orders count?
No. Everyone started as a Member when the club opened, and only orders placed on this website since then count toward status and earn points. Orders placed by phone or in the shop are not tracked online yet.
Do club discounts apply to sharpening or repairs?
No. Member discounts, Clip Cash, and referral and anniversary codes are for products ordered on clipperrepair.com. Sharpening and repair services are priced separately and are not discounted.
I have a wholesale account. Am I a member?
Wholesale accounts have negotiated pricing that takes the place of club perks, so they do not earn status or member discounts. Wholesale accounts can still use Subscribe & Save at their wholesale price.
Hemp's Clippers & Supply may change status thresholds and perks; changes apply to future orders and never shorten a status you have already earned. Club perks are for retail accounts and have no cash value. Referral and anniversary codes are one use, tied to your account, and expire on the date shown.
