Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the service you choose. A handling fee is included in every shipping rate shown at checkout.

Within the United States we ship by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Freight items ship directly from the manufacturer.

Processing time
Orders placed by 9:00 AM Eastern time, Monday through Saturday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM, or on a Sunday, USPS holiday, or a day our shop is closed, ship the next shipping day. This applies to every service, including Priority Mail Express.

Delivery estimates
Checkout shows an estimated delivery date range for each service. Estimates are based on USPS transit times from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any service, including Priority Mail Express.

Restricted items
Aerosol sprays and loose lithium batteries can only ship by USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Orders that contain these items cannot ship outside the United States.

You can estimate your shipping cost before checkout using the shipping calculator on the cart page. If an order is too large or heavy for USPS, we will quote shipping by hand. Call us at 301-898-9916 or contact us.

If you have a P.O. Box, please include it in your shipping address to ensure delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally by USPS First-Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International. Rates are calculated at checkout for your full address.

First-Class Package International is our lowest-cost option for packages up to 4 lb with a merchandise value up to $400. It is slower, cannot be insured, and has limited tracking in some countries.

International delivery estimates are our best guess based on USPS published transit times. They do not include customs processing and are not guaranteed.

The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. Once USPS accepts an international package, Hemp's Clippers & Supply is not responsible for delays, customs holds, loss, or non-delivery. Customers must accept this policy at checkout before placing an international order.

Returns

Place orders carefully; please contact us prior to ordering if you are not sure of your purchase. We can not give credit on or exchange products that have been used. Additionally, we can not give credit on or exchange blades that have been opened.

All returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date. Damages and shortages must be reported within three (3) business days following delivery.

If you wish to return a non-defective item please note that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Postage is not refundable.

Ship unused merchandise back to us via UPS or parcel post. We do not refund postage for returned items. Be sure to include with the package your name, address, daytime phone number, and invoice.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for payment, we will cancel it and release the charge in full at no cost to you.

Once an order has been processed for payment, our payment processor charges a transaction fee that is not returned to us when a payment is refunded. For this reason, cancellations of orders that have already been processed are refunded less a 5% processing fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment-processing cost only; it does not apply to orders we cancel on our end, or to items refunded because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
