All Canadian and international orders will ship by USPS EMS only. No UPS or FED-EX shipments. *Orders shipped outside the Continental US are subject to additional fees and shipping time. You will be notified by email with the exact shipping cost. We are not responsible for non-delivery of orders placed from other countries.

Returns
Place orders carefully; please email us prior to ordering if you not sure of your purchase. We can not give credit on or exchange products that have been used. Additionally, we can not give credit on or exchange blades that have been opened.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date. Damages and shortages must be reported
within three (3) business days following delivery.
If you wish to return a non-defective item please note that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Postage is not refundable.
Ship unused merchandise back to us via UPS or parcel post. We do not refund postage for returned items. Be sure to include with the package,
your name, address, daytime phone number, and invoice.
