The Aesculap GTA129 SnapOn set gives groomers nine stainless steel attachment combs for selecting different coat lengths with a compatible blade. The assortment contains 3, 6, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25 and 32 mm comb heights, providing a range of choices within one set.

Each comb clips onto an Aesculap GT317, GT326, GT330 or GT333 SnapOn blade set. The stainless steel tines retain their shape and guide the coat toward the cutting blade. Color coding helps identify the required comb when changing between lengths, while the clip-on fitting makes it practical to move between guides during a grooming session.

Comb height is only one part of choosing the finished cut. Aesculap instructs users to add the cutting length of the underlying blade to the attachment's height. For example, the 13 mm GTA133 comb used with a 1.5 mm GT330 blade gives a calculated cutting length of 14.5 mm. Apply the same rule when selecting any of the nine guides.

GTA129 identifies the complete nine-comb assortment. It is useful when several comb heights are needed for different areas of a groom, with the blade reference and the comb's marked height providing the basis for selection.
