The Aesculap GTA131 is a violet stainless steel SnapOn attachment comb with a 6 mm comb height. It provides an individual length option for use over the Aesculap GT317, GT326, GT330 or GT333 blade sets, giving groomers a way to select a longer cut with a compatible blade already fitted.

The clip-on fitting lets the comb be attached or exchanged when moving to another part of a groom. Its stainless steel tines maintain the guide's shape as they move through the coat, and the violet color helps separate this size from the other attachment heights in the SnapOn range. GTA131 is supplied as a single comb.

To work out the intended cutting length, add the underlying blade's cut to the 6 mm comb height. Using Aesculap's stated method, the 1.5 mm GT330 blade and this GTA131 comb produce a calculated 7.5 mm combination. A different compatible blade changes that total, so the comb marking alone does not define the finished cutting length.
