The Andis 17330 reSURGE Replacement Foil and Cutters set renews the shaving components of the reSURGE PFS-1. It is intended for the close finishing and shaving work performed by this wet-or-dry shaver. Replacing the outer foil assembly and inner cutters together gives the cutting system a fresh matched set when the existing components become worn or damaged.

Andis's reSURGE instructions recommend replacing the foil assembly and cutters every six months for best performance, and always fitting a new foil assembly when changing cutters. Disconnect the shaver before working on the head. The cutters attach to the drive, and the replacement foil assembly is carefully lowered over them until it seats securely.

Clean away loose hair after use. For more thorough cleaning, the reSURGE manual allows the disconnected shaver and removable parts to be rinsed under running water, then dried with the protective cap removed. Inspect the foils and cutters before the next shave and replace damaged components before use.
