The Double K 504HP handpiece adds hoof sanding and polishing capability to the 401 Power Clipper’s cable-drive system. It connects through the quick-detach fitting in place of the clipping handpiece, allowing the existing motor and drive cable to power the accessory.

A keyed chuck holds the shaft of a suitable sanding or polishing wheel, and the chuck key is included. Double K offers hoof wheels in fine, medium and coarse grades under part numbers 584-A, 584-B and 584-C. A separate number 585 cotton wheel supports leather, tack and silver polishing.

The bare handpiece measures 5-3/16 inches long and 1 inch in diameter, with a weight of 5.85 ounces. Choose the appropriate working attachment separately for the intended task rather than assuming every wheel is included with the handpiece.
