Heiniger Ceramic Shearing Cutter (Keramik Obermesser) (714-161)

The Heiniger ceramic cutter is a specialist replacement cutter for llama and alpaca shearing with the Heiniger Camelid comb. It must only be used with that comb: it is not compatible with the Heiniger Alpaca comb. This pairing restriction is essential when selecting the component for an existing setup.

Sharpening also requires the correct equipment. Heiniger specifies a diamond grinding wheel as the only suitable method for grinding this cutter. Item 714-161 identifies the ceramic cutter when ordering a replacement or arranging sharpening.
