The Mini-Circ is a portable blower and dryer for animal grooming and a range of cleanup jobs around the home, farm or workshop. Electric Cleaner Company identifies dog grooming and cattle grooming among its uses, along with drying vehicles, inflating rafts and clearing loose debris from garages. Its compact format suits users who need to move a blower between tasks or store it between sessions.

A 10-foot hose brings the airflow to the work area while allowing the machine to remain nearby. The supplied equipment also includes a round blower tip, foam filter and owner's manual. The manufacturer lists the 120-volt version at 9.5 amps and identifies a standard 15-amp outlet as suitable for this model.

The Mini-Circ produces warm airflow through normal motor operation and has no separate heating element. For grooming, use the machine according to its operating instructions and the needs of the animal being worked on. The hose and tip provide the directed air delivery used for both drying and blower tasks.

Keep the intake and filter clear as part of routine maintenance. The foam filter helps stop hair and fine dust from entering the machine, so inspect it regularly and replace it if it develops holes or tears. It can be vacuumed, blown clean or rinsed with water; let it dry before reusing it after rinsing. Cleaning frequency should reflect the amount of material collected during use.

Electric Cleaner Company's published warranty provides two years of coverage against motor defects and 90 days against defects in other parts, subject to the manufacturer's conditions. The owner's manual supplied with the unit provides the operating reference for setup and ongoing care.
