The Electro-Groom is an electric horse-grooming vacuum with a separate blower configuration, designed for equestrian facilities and owners who want powered coat cleaning. Suction removes dry dirt and loose hair, while the grooming approach is intended to preserve the coat's natural oils. Included wheels let the unit be moved to the area where the horse or cleaning task is located.

Two turbine motors are controlled individually. Use one motor for reduced suction or both for full cleaning output; Electric Cleaner Company lists 150 inches of waterlift for the twin-motor system. The 120-volt configuration is rated at 14.85 amps with both motors running. These figures describe the standard electrical version, not an automatic switch between different supply voltages.

For blower use, the hose connects to the exhaust tube at the rear of the machine and is secured with its clamp. This configuration can be used for animal drying or blowing dust and cobwebs from barn areas. Vacuum collection is for dry material only; the Electro-Groom is not a wet-pickup vacuum.

The standard accessories include a 10-foot crushproof hose with chrome elbow, serrated Jet Vac nozzle, vinyl spaghetti brush, blower tip and curry comb. A snap-on filter and owner's manual are listed with the supplied equipment. Inside the unit, a metal dirt can collects vacuumed material, while the cloth dust bag captures overflow debris before it can reach the motors.

Regularly empty the collection system and inspect the filters. The motor filter can be removed for cleaning and should be replaced if torn or damaged. The cloth dust bag can be hand washed and must dry completely before reinstallation. This care keeps the collection components ready for the next grooming session. Manufacturer coverage is two years against motor defects and 90 days for defects in other parts, subject to its warranty terms.
