The Heiniger ONE is a single-speed shearing plant for flexible-shaft systems. Its 300-watt motor runs at 3,500 rpm on the 120 V US electrical supply and powers a separate Icon handpiece through the selected flexible drive.

Choose the required configuration from the dropdown: item 722-640.A includes the worm/gear-drive arrangement, while item 722-640.B includes the pin-drive arrangement. Selecting the correct coupling keeps the flexible shaft and handpiece configuration matched.

The plant measures 243 mm wide, 317 mm high, and 209 mm long, with a listed weight of 6.5 kg. Position it according to the manufacturer instructions and disconnect power before servicing the drive system.
