The Aesculap GT508 is a 51-tooth bottom blade for exceptionally close clipping with the Econom cutting system. Econom cutting plates are made from carbon steel and are designed to be resharpened. Keep blade pressure within the machine's adjustment instructions, since excessive pressure creates additional heat and wear. Clean the plates after use, lubricate them and keep them dry between sessions.
