The Lister Eclipse 2.0 is a cordless clipper for equine work, combining a brushless motor with a lithium-ion battery. Its 2,500 rpm motor and 845 g weight give the operator a compact tool for working around the horse without a mains cable at the handpiece. Lister also lists cattle among its applications.

The battery is rated for 130 minutes of use, with a 130-minute charging time. The revised model is designed to reduce noise and vibration, supporting comfortable handling during clipping sessions.

The kit includes one battery, a charger and charging stand, a fine blade, a cleaning brush and 60 ml of clipper oil. This provides the main equipment and basic care items for the cordless setup. Select the appropriate blade for the coat and finish required.

The Lister Fusion Clipper is a mains-powered machine for horse, cattle and alpaca clipping. Its motor has a maximum rated power of 360 W, with two selectable speeds of 2,500 and 2,900 rpm.

The slim body has a 52 mm grip diameter and a listed machine weight of 1.1 kg. A metal head, twin fans and ventilation outlets form part of the cooling design for sustained clipping work.

The tensioning system includes a sealed tension nut to help keep hair out of the mechanism. Automatic overload protection has a reset function, and the motor is serviceable. Choose the appropriate blade set for the coat and intended finish, and follow Lister’s setup and lubrication instructions.

The Lister Star is a mains-powered, medium-duty animal clipper for horse owners, stable staff and professional handlers. Lister also identifies cattle, alpacas and pigs among its applications. The compact body uses a 45-watt motor and a 50 mm grip diameter, with grips on the sides of the handle to help the user maintain control through a clipping session.

The Star combines a ventilated cutting head with a tensioning system that establishes the contact pressure between the blades. An overload switch shuts the motor off if the cutting mechanism jams, while the removable air filter provides access for cleaning away trapped dirt and hair. Its published weight is 750 g, and the clipper body measures 240 mm long.

The standard A2F/AC fine blade leaves approximately 1.4 mm of hair. Blade selection should match the coat: Lister recommends its CA2 coarse blade for thick, coarse coats before a finer finishing pass when required.

For everyday upkeep, oil with R15 every five to ten minutes during clipping. After use, remove hair and dirt from the head, clean and re-oil the blades, and check the filter for blockages. Following the tensioning instructions and keeping the filter clean helps the Star's ventilation and cutting system work as intended.
