The Andis reSURGE Shaver is a cordless foil shaver for close shaving and finishing work, with a pivoting head that follows the area being shaved. Its integrated long-hair trimmer handles longer strands as part of the shaving process. The rotary motor runs at 9,900 strokes per minute, and the shaped grip gives the hand a defined surface to hold while guiding the tool.

The PFS-1 supports wet or dry use, including use with water or shaving cream. That flexibility allows the shaving routine to match the user’s preference. The tool must be disconnected from its charging supply for wet use or rinsing, and it is not intended for full immersion.

A lithium-ion battery delivers up to one hour of cordless use. Charging uses the included USB-C adapter, and white indicator bars show the battery level and charging progress. Three solid bars indicate a full charge. Andis specifies at least 60 minutes of charging before first use, and the shaver does not operate while it is charging. A travel lock, enabled or released by holding the power button for five seconds, helps prevent unintended activation when the tool is packed away.

The package includes the shaver, magnetic protective cap, cleaning brush and USB-C adapter. After use, remove the foil assembly and brush away loose hair; the manual also permits rinsing the shaver and shaving components under running water. Let the head dry completely with the cap removed before storing it. Use light pressure with both foils against the skin, and inspect the foils and cutters regularly. Andis recommends replacing the foil assembly and cutters together every six months for best shaving results.
