The MetroVac Air Force Quick Draw QD-1V is a portable pet dryer with variable speed operation. Its steel body houses a 1.3 peak HP motor, and the unit weighs 3 lb, making it an option for grooming at home or taking equipment between locations.

The dryer works without a heating element. A 6-foot hose with airflow control lets you direct the outlet around the coat while keeping the main unit in a convenient position. The published specification is for a 120 V machine.
