The Lister A2/AC Medium blade set is intended for general horse and livestock grooming when you want to retain more coat than a fine blade leaves. It leaves a nominal hair length of 2.5 mm. Lister identifies horses, alpacas, cattle and pigs as suitable applications.

The blade measures 75 mm across and has 35 teeth. In its coat-selection guidance, Lister recommends the medium blade for horses with somewhat thicker coats.

One blade set is supplied for use with Lister Eclipse, Star, Liberty, Legend and Fusion clippers. For ongoing care, remove trapped hair before applying oil, lubricate every five to ten minutes during use, and oil the cleaned blades before dry storage.
