The Premier 4000c is a corded livestock clipper powered by a rare-earth permanent-magnet motor. It operates at 2,700 strokes per minute from a 110 V supply, with a 16-foot cord for working around the animal.

The clipper head accepts Premier and Lister blade sets. Its tensioning arrangement and steel drive help with blade installation and adjustment, while air is directed forward through the head as part of the cooling design.

Item 828000 is the clipper-only version and does not include blades. This makes it suitable when you already have the required blade set or want to choose one for a particular coat and finish. Premier lists applications including livestock body clipping, slick shearing and fitting work.
