The MetroVac Air Force Commander AFTD-2 is the 1.7 peak HP, two-speed version of this steel-bodied pet dryer. Two output settings let you select the airflow for the drying job, while dual-position legs support vertical or horizontal use.

A flexible hose helps position the air around the coat. The compact format suits floor or table placement in a grooming setup. Match the exact AFTD-2 model when comparing Commander dryers, because the range contains several motor ratings as well as a separate variable-speed version.
