The Premier 4000s 13T package is a mains-powered shearing setup for smaller flocks, fibre animals and livestock fitting. Its 110 V motor runs at 2,700 strokes per minute, with a 16-foot cord providing reach around the working area.

The head uses a suspended fork system and a spring-clip tensioning arrangement. These features form part of Premier’s design for maintaining the cutting setup during shearing.

Item 829001 includes the 4000s shear, a 13-tooth comb, a four-point cutter, 4 oz of oil, a screwdriver and a carrying case. This is the 13T package, distinct from the machine-only and alternative-comb packages. Select it when the included comb configuration suits the wool or hair work being planned.
