The Aesculap Favorita CL GT206K is a cordless animal clipper for groomers who want freedom of movement while retaining the Aesculap Favorita blade system. Its DC motor and planetary gear drive operate at approximately 2,300 strokes per minute, and the interchangeable Favorita blades let you select the cutting length for the job. A blade is purchased separately.

The lithium-ion battery is rated at 7.4 V and approximately 1,200 mAh. Aesculap specifies around 60 minutes of operation and a charge time of approximately 50 minutes for this battery system. The kit provides two GT201 batteries, allowing a charged pack to be exchanged during work. The GT203 charger has separate positions for the clipper with its battery fitted and for a spare battery, with indicators showing charging status.

GT206K is the USA configuration documented in the manufacturer's manual. Its charger accepts 100–240 V AC at 50–60 Hz and uses the specified USA power lead. A slim housing, ventilation system and sliding on/off control support practical handling around the animal. The package also includes blade oil, operating instructions and a hard case for keeping the machine and charging equipment together.

The Favorita cutting assembly has adjustable blade pressure. Set it according to the blade instructions, and keep both cutting plates clean and lightly lubricated with the recommended oil. Remove the battery before cleaning the machine, keep liquid out of the housing and charger, and inspect the electrical contacts before charging. Charge the batteries before first use. With one battery available while the other charges, the Favorita CL provides a flexible routine for repeated grooming tasks without keeping a mains cord attached to the handpiece.
