The Laube Lazor CX Size 5/8NC is a narrow cutting blade for detailed clipping with a compatible snap-on handpiece. Its nominal cutting length is 0.5 mm, or 1/50 inch. The NC designation matters: this narrow blade has a different cutting head and cut length from Laube's 5/8-inch full-width grooming blades.

The compact row of teeth provides a smaller cutting area for work where a narrow blade is useful. Laube constructs the CX range from high-carbon steel with a hard chrome finish and uses an ice-tempering treatment. The standard snap-on attachment lets the blade be exchanged with other compatible sizes on a suitable clipper. It does not fit the Laube #305 Speed Feed or trimmers.

Cleaning and lubrication remain part of caring for this blade. Use suitable blade-care products according to their directions. Laube's blade-dip guidance describes removing residue, displacing water and wiping away excess fluid before clipping clean hair.
