Aesculap SnapOn Blade Set GT387, Size 30 Wide (0.5 mm) (GT387)

The Aesculap GT387 is a #30 wide SnapOn blade set for animal clipping at a 0.5 mm cutting length. Its 60 mm cutting width gives it a broad cutting path for users who need a wide detachable head while retaining a short, defined cut. Choose this exact GT387 model by its blade number, width and SnapOn fitting when planning a replacement.

The blade is made in Germany from carbon steel. Aesculap uses CNC grinding and milling to form its cutting components, with tooth geometry developed for an even clipping pattern. The finished surfaces help the head travel through the coat, and the construction allows professional resharpening as the cutting edges wear.

Its SnapOn connection supports blade changes on compatible machines such as the Aesculap FAV5. Changing the complete head makes it possible to move between cutting lengths without altering the machine itself. Follow the clipper's fitting procedure and confirm that the head is securely engaged before use.

For continued cutting performance, remove hair from both cutting plates and the spaces between teeth with a soft brush or cloth. Lightly lubricate the cutting surfaces with Aesculap GT604 blade oil after cleaning. Use the machine's operating instructions for attachment and maintenance, and arrange professional service when sharpening is required.
